Why Us – How Are We Different?

 

You have heard it all before, attorneys will tell you how "aggressive" they are with their "bold tactics." Every attorney should be aggressive and develop bold tactics when representing his or her client - that is the job. Despite these promises we have seen attorneys take their time when dealing with client matters in a way to "pad" their bills, not focusing on the best interest of the client. We couldn’t see ourselves being that type of firm. This is one of  the reasons Howard Law was created - to provide an excellent service for an honest rate.

 

Most attorney's work on an hourly rate. This leaves the client wondering, "how much is this going to cost me" before and after hiring an attorney. Common complaints of getting their attorney on the phone is comparable to "pulling teeth" When starting Howard Law, we sought out to change the way our attorneys handle client matters.

 

At Howard Law, we do have hourly rates for certain cases but we strive to bill out our services at a flat rate fee if possible. This means, as a client, you are going to know exactly how much you’re being charged and knowing exactly what you are paying for. We strive to show you a different type of law firm and a different type of lawyer.
