Howard Law was created as a way to merge two passions of business law and criminal defense. Geared towards creating the comfort of being represented by a BigLaw law firm while having a close, one-on-one relationship with an attorney that puts your needs first.

Why Us – How Are We Different?

 

I’m sure you’ve seen other law firm websites where the attorneys tell you how they’re aggressive and their tactics are bold. Every attorney should have aggressive and bold tactics when representing his or her client, but I’ve seen first-hand where that is not the case. I’ve also seen attorney take their time when dealing with clients matters and not provide speedy results or services. Either taking their time due to a lack of caring or to “pad” the clients bill, I couldn’t see myself being that type of attorney. This is why I decided to start Howard Law.

 

Law firms and other attorney’s work mostly on an hourly rate. This leaves the client wondering how much it’s going to cost them to get an attorney to represent them. I’ve heard individuals complain that getting their attorney on the phone is like pulling teeth, and I’ve seen attorneys actually avoid client calls. When starting Howard Law, I decided I wanted to make a change to the way our attorneys handle client matters.

 

At Howard Law, our fees will be a flat rate fee. This means, as a client, you are going to know exactly how much you’re going to be charged and what exactly you are paying for. In addition, each client will obtain login information and will have a secured access portal to watch your case proceed. Whenever we make a note to your client file, you’re going to know about it and you’re going to be able to see it. We will strive to show you a different type of law firm and different types of lawyers.
